Management Fee Models

Essence Communities’ fees are typically comprised of a management fee based on the Property’s income and fee for income derived from any other ancillary income derived through operations.

Hard Facility Management fees are typically based on a per apartment basis and are reviewed annually at CPI.

Reimbursable costs for soft facility management, staffing administration and associated costs like training, licences, uniforms etc can be provided as part of our tendering process.

Our fee structure is designed to cover the full extent of costs required by Essence to perform the scope of property management, leasing, and facilities management services required from our Partners.
