Human Resources Tech Stack

A comprehensive Human Resource System to recruit, retain, and reward high-quality staff for the efficient operation of the properties managed by Essence Communities.

A dedicated app and online portal for residents to connect with each other, access property information, participate in community events, and communicate with property management staff.

Property Management System (PMS)

Essence uses best-in-class property management software, such as StarRez, Console, or Yardi (depending on client requirements), to effectively manage properties, leases, and tenant information.

Finance Tech Stack

Automated accounts payable processes and data transfer from the PMS to Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP system for timely and accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as dashboarding and analytics in MS Power BI.

Place Making Eco System

Curating a community using the Resident App and Community Access portal as the foundation, allowing residents to connect, network, contribute content, and access events available within the property.
